Servicing
Our boiler servicing is comprehensive and thorough, as called for by OFTEC form CD11.
Internal baffles are removed, cleaned and inspected, including secondary heat exchangers if fitted. The burner nozzle will be replaced and any seals required. A combustion analysis will complete the boiler element of the service to ensure combustion gases are at the correct levels.

The oil line and tank are inspected and parts cleaned/replaced as required. On the first service, a fire and environmental risk assessment of the installation as a whole is carried out.

Installations
All notifiable works are carried out under OFTEC self-certification scheme, which means you'll receive a Building Regulations completion certificate from your Local Authority on completion of works. Workmanship is covered for 7 years under OFTEC's Workmanship Warranty scheme and Grant boiler warranties can be extended from 2 > 5 years and 5 > 10 years (model dependent), as we are Grant G1 scheme accredited installers.

We also carry out warranty repairs for Grant UK so if your boiler develops a fault within its warranty period, just give us a call and we'll arrange authority with Grant to carry out the repair.
